Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:

• Course Cancellation by RainKnowledge: In the event that RainKnowledge cancels a course or training program for any reason, students will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
• Student Withdrawal: Students may request a refund if they withdraw from a course or training program prior to its commencement. Refund amounts will be subject to a withdrawal fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to RainKnowledge's administration office. Requests must include the student's name, course details, and reason for withdrawal.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of a valid refund request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
• In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 25% + earned fee + fee or tax paid to government or any third party would be applicable

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Students register and wants to withdraw half way through the course.
• Student Dismissal: Students who are dismissed from a course or training program due to disciplinary reasons will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

RainKnowledge reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the RainKnowledge website.

By enrolling in a course or training program offered by RainKnowledge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
